Granola-Buttermilk Pancakes

Makes about 6 large pancakes

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup Milk & Honey Granola

Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, egg and buttermilk until not clumpy. Add the granola and mix until combined. For fluffy pancakes make sure you don't over mix the batter.

Heat up grill or skillet to a medium temperature and melt a small amount of butter on grill or skillet. Spoon 1/2 cup of batter for each pancake onto hot surface and cook until golden brown. Then flip and cook other side.

Top pancakes with butter, maple syrup and more granola if desired.
